Happy Leap Year!  I am pleased to introduce Southern Oregon buttercup to you today.  The flower itself looks like the common western buttercup.  But what makes it special are the back of its petals:  they are reddish-brown and quite beautiful as you can see.

The grass widows are exploding with beauty atop Upper Table Rock right now.  Once you get to the top, guide right, and suddenly they will jump out at you from every direction.
